3rd Annual Run for Health Hope and Happiness

All routes will start and finish within Pollok Park, which is easily
accessed from the main gates at Pollokshaws Road.
Registration will be from 11am, late entries will also be accepted at registration if places are available
Warm up will start at 11.30 am with each run scheduled for an 12 noon start.
Participant packs including your race number will be mailed to you prior to the run along with chips if you have entered the 10k run.
You must wear your race number when running.
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All runners will receive a medal, a goody bag and a bottle of water 

Dri-fit event t-shirts are available to purchase for a small fee
The run is open to runners and walkers of all abilities.
Children should be accompanied by a parent, carer or teacher.
The 10k route is a relatively flat route around the perimeter of the park.
 The 5k route takes you to the heart of the park and loops around some of the beautiful scenery there.
The 2k route will take you round the meadow where your youngsters might get a bit distracted by the horses and highland cows.
As the route is contained solely within the park grounds, no road closures will occur.
The route will be clearly marked and marshals will be situated at key
points to ensure everyone stays on the right track!
There will be plenty of space for friends and family to come along
to provide support.
Dogs are welcome; however we ask that they are kept on a tight lead.
We're hoping for a sunny day and there will be a picnic afterwards close to the Burrell Collection building in the meadow, the prize giving wil be held at the picnic.
There will be a prize for 1st 2nd and 3rd runners within each race category. For the 5k and 10k  runs there will be prizes for male and first female competitors. However you will all be winners in our eyes so you will all get a medal.
